Typhoon faxai hits Japan
A
powerful typhoon battered Tokyo with ferocious winds recently. Typhoon faxai,
packing record winds of up to 207 kilometers per hour, made landfill in Chiba
just east of the capital city Tokyo. Japanese utility company, Tokyo electric
power, struggled to restore power to nearly half a million homes after blackouts
caused by the typhoon.
